This is a round braid worked on a foam disk done in the remnants of some of the Wysteria muraski purples (cotton DMC in the Wysteria kasane) left over when I finished the 8 foot karakumi sash. It is worked in an almost plaid pattern.

I haven't decided yet how this braid will be used, though I have some ideas.

D=Dark purple pair 154 DMC
M=Medium purple pair 327 DMC
L=Light Purple Pair 3835 DMC
W=White pair blanc DMC
